AXA, a global insurance and asset management group with 93 million clients in 51+ countries, built AXA Secure GPT in under three months, a generative AI platform powered by Azure OpenAI Service that gives its 140,000 employees secure, GDPR-compliant access to generative AI for tasks like text generation, translation, and code generation, without data leaving AXA's dedicated cloud tenant. The platform uses Prompt Shields and AXA's own security layer on top of Microsoft's content filtering, and was rolled out first to AXA Group Operations across 14 countries with a curated library of 100+ department-specific prompts.

Nest Bank rolls out Microsoft 365 Copilot to Polish staff, cutting workshop material prep time 90%

Nest Bank, a Polish bank focused on micro-entrepreneurs, migrated its data to Azure and Azure Databricks, first built an internal Azure OpenAI-powered admin assistant, then rolled out Microsoft 365 Copilot company-wide as one of the first companies in Europe to do so. Copilot cut the time to create workshop materials from an hour to five minutes (a 90% reduction) and is used to draft meeting agendas, summarize discussions and organize follow-up tasks, while the bank doubled sales and grew daily mobile transactions from 60,000 to 80,000 with the same headcount over 12 months.
