MatchFT helps advisers pre-select candidates through a guided conversation and contacts pre-selected candidates by SMS about a job offer. Neo, a module of ChatFT launched in October 2024, lets agents query France Travail's information system in natural language; it was tested in six agencies in Centre-Val de Loire plus roughly 120 volunteer users in La Réunion, and since April 15, 2025 has been progressively rolled out to four regions (Centre-Val de Loire, Pays de la Loire, La Réunion, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). On June 11, 2025 France Travail signed a partnership with Mistral AI: MatchFT and Neo already use Mistral models, with a goal of using Mistral 100% for these two tools by the end of 2025. France Travail also built a 'Calendrier de l'IA' AI-literacy program with Kokoroe and Microsoft, aiming to train 300,000 job seekers by the end of 2025.
