ARC Europe cuts claims processing time 83% with a GPT-based AI agent on Azure

ARC Europe, a European roadside assistance and insurance provider, worked with Netguru to build a proof-of-concept AI agent on Microsoft Azure that automates insurance claims analysis. The GPT-based agent compares incoming claims against case history and attachments, summarizes the ticket, and gives a human operator an initial recommendation before final sign-off. Built in about six weeks, the prototype cut claims assessment time from 30 minutes to 5 minutes, an 83% reduction, while maintaining built-in compliance checks.

Schibsted Media (Norway) uses generative AI across its newsrooms via several tools: a suggested-stories feature at VG that maintains an 85% thumbs-up ratio comparable to lead stories; Videofy, an in-house service that generates 20-second news videos instantly from published articles, integrated into its Content Management System; and ARIA, an AI framework of specialised agents that lets staff query real-time compiled data through platforms like Slack.
