Thrifty Car Rental UAE reduces ID check times to seconds with AI from OCI
Thrifty Car Rental UAE, part of the ARENCO Group, implemented an AI-powered, real-time KYC automation solution on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, using OCI Enterprise AI and OCI Document Understanding for document extraction, validation and anomaly detection on passports, Emirates IDs and driving licenses. Going from concept to rollout in four weeks, document verification time fell from several minutes per customer to under five seconds, enabling higher throughput without adding staff.
First Abu Dhabi Bank speeds up HR tasks with Oracle's AI chatbot
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) partnered with Oracle to develop an AI-powered HR chatbot using Oracle Digital Assistant and Cohere AI models on dedicated AI clusters, built in just four months using Oracle Digital Assistant's sandbox environment. The chatbot automates leave, salary, and other HR tasks, delivering conversational HR information that has helped improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate HR processes.
