Finanz Informatik, the IT provider of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, runs its own AI platform with open-source models (from Mistral, OpenAI and others) in its own data centres in Germany without cloud connection. The S-KIPilot assistant, integrated into Outlook and other applications, is introduced on 170,000 workplaces with more than three million professional prompts per month. An AI agent prepares advisers for customer conversations (130,000 preparations in March).
