NPG launches AI-powered 'Frag Mich' article chat for subscribers

Neue Pressegesellschaft (NPG), publisher of Südwest Presse, Märkische Oderzeitung and Lausitzer Rundschau, launched 'Frag Mich', a question-answering chat feature built with AI vendor Retresco. Subscribers can ask free-form questions about current and archived articles; a RAG system answers using only editorially reviewed content and cites sources.
