IDIKA helps Greek citizens access healthcare with Oracle-powered MyHealth app

IDIKA, Greece's government-owned national health IT organization, built the MyHealth app on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Kubernetes Engine, using dedicated AI clusters running the Cohere Command A model with retrieval-augmented generation to instantly surface each citizen's appointments, test results, vaccination history, reminders, prescriptions and referrals in Greek. More than 1.5 million Greek citizens have adopted the app.
