France Travail's ChatFT AI Assistant Reaches Nearly 40,000 Agents as It Partners With Mistral AI
France Travail
France Travail, France's public employment agency, has deployed several generative AI tools for its staff and job seekers. ChatFT, a generative AI assistant that reduces time agents spend drafting documents, has been in direct access for all France Travail employees since November 2024 and now has close to 40,000 agent users, more than 50% of France Travail's workforce. MatchFT helps advisers pre-select candidates through a guided conversation and contacts pre-selected candidates by SMS about a job offer. Neo, a module of ChatFT launched in October 2024, lets agents query France Travail's information system in natural language; it was tested in six agencies in Centre-Val de Loire plus roughly 120 volunteer users in La Réunion, and since April 15, 2025 has been progressively rolled out to four regions (Centre-Val de Loire, Pays de la Loire, La Réunion, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). On June 11, 2025 France Travail signed a partnership with Mistral AI: MatchFT and Neo already use Mistral models, with a goal of using Mistral 100% for these two tools by the end of 2025. France Travail also built a 'Calendrier de l'IA' AI-literacy program with Kokoroe and Microsoft, aiming to train 300,000 job seekers by the end of 2025.
CMA CGM Group deploys MAIA, an agentic AI platform co-developed with Mistral AI, across shipping, logistics and media operations
CMA CGM Group
CMA CGM Group, in a five-year strategic partnership with Mistral AI signed in April 2025 that has embedded around twenty Mistral AI engineers in CMA CGM teams in Marseille and at CMA Media's headquarters, will progressively roll out 'MAIA, Powered by Mistral' starting June 1, 2026 -- an agentic AI platform designed to support nearly 80,000 employees across CMA CGM, CEVA Logistics and CMA Media. MAIA enables the development and orchestration of AI agents connected to business knowledge and internal applications, supporting content generation, document analysis, administrative task automation, and decision support. The Group has already deployed more than 55 AI projects and identified over 200 AI use cases, including AI-assisted agents that handle customer tracking and operational queries (escalating complex cases to humans) across more than 54 million customer requests a year, ETA prediction, smart booking and smart pricing, smart cargo release, vessel routing and energy-consumption optimization, demand and volume forecasting, and CEVA Logistics' 'smart labor' warehouse planning tools.
