IBM integrated its IBM Consulting Advantage AI-delivery platform into Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) via Microsoft Copilot, giving consultants access to IBM AI assistants and agents from within their everyday tools. The integration is already used by thousands of IBM consultants, generating the equivalent of more than 250,000 hours saved annually, an estimated $35 million in new value; one example task went from nearly three hours to 13 minutes.
