DHL Express introduced DHLBot, an AI-powered robotic arm developed in partnership with Dorabot that automates parcel sortation, installed in Singapore and South Korea. The DHLBot uses 3D and barcode cameras to scan airway bills and intelligently sorts packages into delivery bins by courier route. It sorts over 1,000 small parcels per hour with 99% accuracy, increasing overall operational efficiency by at least 40%.
