Medigold Health uses Azure OpenAI to automate clinical report generation, lifting clinician retention 58%

Medigold Health, a UK occupational health provider serving over 3,500 businesses, migrated to Azure App Service and used Azure OpenAI Service with Azure Cosmos DB and Azure SQL Database to automatically generate medical reports from clinicians' consultation notes in about 15 seconds, down from extensive manual notetaking, dictation and typing. The automation significantly cut clinicians' administrative burden and led to a 58% rise in clinician retention and greater job satisfaction.
