Problem
Prague Airport aimed to reduce repetitive work and boost productivity with AI, in a highly regulated environment where preventing accidental data sharing was a major concern; employees were already seeking out AI tools themselves, so the airport needed to provide a secure, sanctioned solution before staff found their own workarounds.

Solution
With support from partner SoftwareOne, Prague Airport deployed Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Services, and Copilot Studio, building on its existing Microsoft 365 E3 foundation. It built dedicated Copilot websites, created internal training materials, launched workshops, and used an existing digital-ambassador community to help new users learn Copilot. Beyond the office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Teams, Outlook), the airport used Azure AI Services to classify restaurant customer feedback by category, Azure AI Vision to extract and classify data from documents (feeding a SharePoint list that triggers Azure Logic Apps follow-up actions), and let teams build their own AI agents such as a SharePoint AI agent for document retrieval and a chat-style agent for equipment and aircraft repair procedures.
