AXA Switzerland adopted Shift Claims, an agentic AI solution from Shift Technology that assesses and prioritizes claims, classifies and routes them, assists and advises claim handlers with dynamic guidance, and automates claims processing tasks via an STP agent throughout the claim journey, integrating as an AI layer with existing claims and core systems. Shift's AI agents and generative AI, trained on the insurer's own processes, work alongside claims teams while insurers retain full control of the process.
