Lotte Hotels & Resorts deployed Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, with partners Lotte Data Communication and DEX Consulting, letting non-developer 'citizen developer' employees automate tasks after an eight-week training program. RPA applied to database refinement allowed over 50,000 pieces of data to be processed automatically that previously took 25 people nearly a month, and reservation automation across 17 hotel properties reduced 10,000 work hours per year.
