IBM HR scales people analytics with generative BI agents in watsonx BI pilot

IBM's own HR organization piloted watsonx BI, using Generative Business Intelligence agents with a governed semantic layer so business leaders and managers could ask workforce questions in natural language instead of navigating static dashboards. The Q3 2025 pilot achieved an 89.26% accuracy rate on a sample of user-submitted questions and reduced time-to-answer for summary-level talent data from days to minutes.
